| What are the system requirements? | TruckFinder is a very
compact program, using less than 1MB system memory and
less than 10MB disk space. It is compatible with Windows®
95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 and XP. A special 'Classic' version
is also available for Windows® 3.xx users.  |

Yes, most popular networks are supported. |

Is the vehicle data current? |
Yes. We have excellent relations with all the European manufacturers, who supply us with their latest vehicle data. You will receive a complete update on CD-ROM every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), and can also collect more frequent updates from the Download page. |

What vehicle data is included? |
TruckFinder contains weight and dimensional data for all types of commercial vehicles, from 2.8t to 32t GVW (44t GTW), for the manufacturers shown on our Catalogue page. |

Can I add ancillaries (cranes, fridge units, taillifts, rams) to a vehicle? |
A comprehensive library of ancillaries is included with the program, and more are being added all the time. You can also design, draw and import your own, and add them to the database. |

What about trailers? |
All common types of drawbar and semi-trailers are included, you can add your own graphics for special types. |

Can I import my own CAD drawings for special ancillaries and body styles? |
Yes, an "import" function is included for using your own DXF drawings. |

Can I change a wheelbase dimension? |
Yes, either by choosing a standard wheelbase from the manufacturer's list or by entering your own value. The same applies to rear overhangs. |

Can I add non-standard gearboxes, axles and tyres? |
Yes, there is a facility to create all of these and implement them on your vehicle. |

What about adding an axle? |
You can easily add a 3rd axle to a two-axle vehicle, specifying kerb and plated weights plus bogie spread. The axle can be configured as push or tag, fixed or lifting. |

Can I configure pallets and show the loading? |
The Pallet Loading module will not only show weight distribution, but can also suggest loading sequences. You can drag and drop pallets to dynamically re-calculate weight distribution. |

Can I put a logo or text on a vehicle? |
Text and bitmap logos can easily be added to a vehicle in the program, and can be stretched and moved. |

Can I incorporate the TruckFinder output into a presentation? |
You can capture a TruckFinder screen and paste it into most other Windows® programs as a bitmap, or print directly from the program to produce professional-quality presentations. |
